1、 Clamping of the tested valve:
The valve testing bench adjusts the positioning bracket of the tested valve according to the size of the valve diameter, and clicks the pressing button to move the baffle to the corresponding position next to the tested valve for pressure testing. Then, the tested valve is rotated on the positioning bracket, and the pressing button is pressed to tighten the valve.
2、 Pressure boosting:
The valve test bench adjusts the electrical contact pressure gauge to match the pressure of the tested valve based on its nominal diameter and pressure. Refer to the Pressure Comparison Table for Tightening Oil Cylinder to increase the pressure of the tightening oil cylinder to the required pressure. (Note: The boost button can be pressed multiple times, with a time interval of about 5-10 seconds between each press.)
3、 Liquid medium pressure release:
The valve test bench adjusts the pressure reducing regulating valve to the required working pressure position according to the test pressure requirements of the tested valve. Open the water inlet valve switch. (Check if the intake valve switch is closed) First, let the low-pressure pump work to meet the low-pressure requirements for water inlet, then press the water pump start button to automatically stop when the hydraulic pressure supply reaches the required pressure.
4、 Pressure relief after inspection:
When the valve test is completed, first close the inlet valve switch, open the pressure relief valve switch, and after the pressure of the pressure medium is discharged, press the release button to remove the tested valve. Follow the above procedure to test another valve.
5、 Gas medium test:
The valve test bench connects the air source to the air inlet, closes the valve switch on the water pipe, opens the intake valve switch, and prepares the operation requirements to conduct the gas medium performance test.
