Performance characteristics:

Suitable for pressure performance testing of small caliber valves with a diameter of DN15/100 flange and welded valves.

The left side pressure testing valve with flange, the workbench has a 90 degree flipping function, and the right side top pressure testing welding valve without flange can both sink the workpiece into the water tank, adapt to gas pressure testing, and operate conveniently.

The system is equipped with high and low pressure water pump pressure supply devices, and the test medium is circulated and stored for use.

The pressure testing medium is water and gas, which can be selected by the user at will.

Equipped with pressure testing safety protection device.

An intelligent detection data management system can be customized.


Instructions for use:

1、 Clamping of the tested valve

Select the test valve with a different diameter according to the model of the test bench, adjust the left working clamping position of the test bench, place the test valve in the center of the sealing plate of the left clamping worktable of the test bench, click the<Left Radial Entry>button, and move the pressure claw to the correct position on the back surface of the flange of the test valve. Press the<Left Axial Tightening>button<Reference Clamping Cylinder Pressure Comparison Table>to increase the PN value of the hydraulic clamping system. Press the<Left Boosting>button, adjust the<Boosting Control Valve>, and adjust the pressure on the<Left Boosting>table to match the valve diameter, pressure, and PN value in the pressure comparison table of the left boosting table and the required pressure of the clamping cylinder. After everything is correct, Turn off the main gas switch and the pressure relief switch of the gas meter switch. Opening the<water main switch, left water inlet>can be used for the sealing test of the tested valve.


2、 Usage of water pressure and water pump

Adjust the water source electrical contact pressure gauge, turn on the water pump switch<low-pressure water pump>, first fill the internal water of the tested valve with water. The low-pressure water pressure gauge shows that the water is full within 0.5MPa, then turn off the water pump switch<low-pressure water pump>. Press<High pressure water pump on>to adjust the pressure regulating valve of the water supply pump,<Water supply pump, hydraulic system pressure reducing valve J-25B>. When the liquid pressure reaches the same level as the sealing pressure of the tested valve and the pressure gauge value of the electrical contact, the high pressure water pump will automatically stop and close the<main water switch>. After holding the pressure for a few minutes, the water pressure gauge did not decrease. After testing and sealing, open the<pressure relief switch>to release the pressure inside the tested valve. The<water pressure gauge>is zero, and the tested valve can be relaxed or strength testing can continue at the same time.


3、 Valve strength testing fixture for test subjects

After the valve sealing test is completed, continue with the strength test, with the left clamping unchanged. Adjust the clamping device of the right testing platform and press the<Move Frame In>button to move one end of the main disc sealing plate of the moving frame into the other end of the tested valve flange. Refer to the left program, press the right end tightly, and compare the pressure<boost>PS value of the hydraulic clamping system in the<Clamp Oil Cylinder Pressure Comparison Table>. Open<Right Water inlet>. After opening the tested valve seal, refer to<=, water pressure, and water pump usage methods, and conduct the valve strength test.


4、 The method for testing the airtightness of the tested valve is to connect the gas source to the user. When conducting the airtightness test, the sealing test can only be carried out on the left end. Rotate the left working main disk 90 degrees upwards, connect the<Rotate Up>button, and follow the<1>step to complete the clamping of the passive valve. Close the main water switch, pressure relief switch, and right water inlet,. Turn on the C gas main switch and gas meter switch, immediately inject clean water into the other end of the tested valve, and observe the sealing performance and bubbles inside the tested valve. After the test is completed, close the<gas main switch>and open the<pressure relief switch>. After the pressure gauge reaches zero, remove the tested valve.
