Performance characteristics:

Used for welding valves, coupled with flat sealing discs, it can also be used for ultra-high pressure, high and medium pressure performance testing of flange and threaded valves. It is compressed by hydraulic oil cylinder pressing method.

The system is equipped with high and low pressure water pump pressure supply devices, and the test medium is circulated and stored for use.

The pressure testing medium is water, gas, and kerosene, which can be selected by the user at will.

Equipped with pressure testing safety protection device.

An intelligent detection data management system can be customized.


Instructions for use:

1、Test valve clamping:

According to the diameter of the tested valve, first adjust the positioning bracket of the tested valve and click the workpiece pressing button. Move the moving baffle to the corresponding position next to the tested valve for pressure testing, then place the tested valve on the positioning bracket and click to press the workpiece tightly.


2、Pressure boosting:

According to the nominal diameter and pressure of the tested valve, adjust the electrical contact pressure gauge to match the pressure of the tested valve. Refer to the Pressure Comparison Table for Tightening Oil Cylinder to increase the pressure of the tightening oil cylinder to the required pressure. (Note: The boost button can be pressed multiple times, with a time interval of about 5-10 seconds between each press.).


3、Liquid medium pressure application:

According to the test pressure requirements of the test valve, first refer to the "Hydraulic Supply Pressure Comparison Table" and set the pressure reducing regulating valve to the required working supply pressure position. Open the water inlet valve switch. (Check if the intake valve switch is closed) First, start the low-pressure pump to feed water and meet the low-pressure requirements, then press the water pump start button to perform hydraulic pressure supply and automatically stop IE when the required pressure is reached.


4、After the test is completed, release the pressure:

When the valve test is completed, first close the inlet valve switch and open the pressure relief valve switch. After the pressure of the pressure medium is discharged, press the work release button to remove the tested valve. Follow the above procedure to test another valve.

5、Gas medium test:

Connect the air source to the air inlet, close the valve switch on the water pipe, open the intake valve switch, and prepare for the operation requirements before conducting the gas medium performance test.
