Working principle and usage method of YDS-D hydraulic butterfly valve test bench:
The YDS-D butterfly valve test bench is a specialized testing equipment suitable for butterfly valve performance testing. This machine integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and hydraulic pressure supply devices with a circulating water system. The clamping claw of the workbench is directly driven by an oil cylinder to test the clamping butterfly valve, ensuring even force on each claw and reliable clamping. The radial movement function of the clamping claw is composed of an oil cylinder and a connecting rod, achieving synchronous radial movement of each claw, ensuring the testing of butterfly valves of different sizes and diameters. When testing the sealing, if there is a butterfly valve with a flange clamping flange or a butterfly valve without a flange, the hydraulic clamping claw can directly extend to clamp the plane of the butterfly valve for testing. This function can visually check whether there is any leakage or bubbles in the inner chamber of the butterfly valve. If a sealing blind plate is added during strength testing, it can be used to perform valve electric device torque and 90 degree opening and closing tests on this machine. This machine comes with a hydraulic water supply pump and the medium can be recycled for storage and use. When using clean water, rust inhibitor must be added to avoid rusting of the valve after testing and affecting the normal use function of the hydraulic pressure supply device.
Usage:
1、 Inject 30 # -46 # hydraulic oil or 20 # mechanical oil into the hydraulic system oil tank, and the oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil level indicator.
2、 Connect the power, press the oil pump start button, and check if the motor rotation direction is correct (clockwise).
3、 Adjust the hydraulic system pressure to 5.0MPa, and normal operation can be carried out.
4、 Work procedure:
(1) Move the gripper back to its maximum position;
(2) Place the tested butterfly valve in the center of the sealing disc on the workbench;
(3) Move the clamping claw forward to the required position of the tested butterfly valve;
(4) Inch clamping claw to clamp the tested butterfly valve (flange or flat surface);
(5) Press the boost torque to the required pressure (refer to the pressure reference table for clamping the oil cylinder) (attached to the machine). The boost button can be pressed multiple times, with an interval of about three seconds each time (referring to when the required pressure is not reached during the first press). The maximum pressure is 32MPa;
(6) Test the tested butterfly valve with water pressure or air pressure;
(7) After the test is completed, turn on the drain or gas switch to release the pressure;
(8) Press the release buttons one after another to remove the tested valve.
