The test bench is composed of left memorial archway, mobile memorial archway, pull rod, jacking screw nut pair and drive device, water tank, bracket system, waterway system, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc.
The following main technical measures have been taken in the design of heavy machinery, compensator testing, automatic control, and convenient operation of this experimental equipment:
1. The left memorial archway and the mobile memorial archway are welded by steel plates, and the left memorial archway and the mobile memorial archway are connected together by two pull rods and nuts.
2. The jacking screw nut pair is set on the top of the mobile memorial archway, and the nut is installed on the fixed support. The rotation of the nut is rolling. The jacking screw is supported by the mobile memorial archway and the specially designed support sliding system, which can effectively solve the problem that the driving friction torque of the screw nut pair increases sharply due to the excessive weight of the screw.
3. The hydraulic cylinder of the compensator is tightened and loosened. The movement of the top pressure mechanism is transmitted by a hydraulic motor and gear pair to the screw nut pair top pressure mechanism.
The water pressure system for the experiment consists of a large flow low-pressure water pump and a small flow high-pressure water pump, as well as pipelines and control valves. When detecting the compensator, start the low-pressure water pump with a large flow rate to fill the compensator with the test medium. After the low-pressure water is filled, the system automatically starts the high-pressure pump to input high-pressure water into the compensator. When the pressure of the test medium reaches the pre-set pressure, the high-pressure gas driven pump automatically stops. At this time, the system automatically enters the pressure holding timer state (the pressure holding time is set by the operator). When the pressure holding timer ends, the indicator light for the end of the pressure holding timer lights up, and the buzzer sounds to prompt.
5. The high and low pressure water and gas systems are connected to the blind plate water channels at both ends of the compensator. There are two test medium channels on the blind plate, one is a low pressure high flow water channel, and the other is a high pressure low flow water channel. Pressure medium (water or gas) and pressure relief can be added separately from both ends.
6. The high-pressure water pressure system is equipped with a reliable pressure maintaining device, and the high-pressure water pressure obtained by the high-pressure gas drive pump can be maintained for a considerable period of time without pressure drop.
7. The operation cabinet of the equipment is equipped with a seismic resistant pressure gauge and a pressure gauge switch (dual gauge system) that covers the test pressure range. According to the test pressure of the tested compensator, the corresponding pressure gauge switch can be opened or closed.
8. The touch screen monitoring system consists of industrial touch screen computers, pressure sensors, switch power supplies, report printers, and other hardware and industrial control configuration software. The system can log in, record, and print parameters such as the name, model specifications, inspection form number, inspector number, testing standard, testing date, testing medium, testing pressure, and holding time of the testing compensator.
9. According to the customer's inspection standards, select the items for upper sealing test, shell test, high-pressure water sealing test, and low-pressure water sealing test. During the experiment, the touch screen monitoring system records the test pressure and holding time of each test item in the system, as well as digital and graphical curves.
10. The data stored in the touch screen monitoring and control system can be easily accessed, retrieved, and printed based on keywords (such as inspection order numbers), providing conditions for subsequent quality problem tracing. The detection data can also be exported to Excel. The detection data can be output through a USB interface or through a network cable.
This system is developed by adding a touch screen+PLC computer intelligent system on the basis of a regular compensator test bench. The system consists of industrial touch screen computer, PLC, pressure sensor, switch power supply, report printing and other hardware, as well as industrial control configuration software.
