Performance characteristics:

Suitable for sealing pressure and valve body strength pressure performance testing of straight through flange valves.

The compression method adopts flange end face sealing, and the back of the valve flange is clamped with a pressure claw for work testing. The test results are not affected by external forces.

The valve can rotate 90 degrees during the testing process, making it particularly suitable for gas sealing performance testing.

The system is equipped with a high and low pressure water injection pump pressure supply device, and the test medium is circulated and stored for use.

The pressure testing medium is water, gas, and kerosene, which can be selected by the user at will.

Equipped with pressure testing safety protection device.

Optional intelligent detection data management system and air pressure boosting device.


Instructions for use:

1、 Clamping of the tested valve

Select the test valve (valve test press) with the appropriate diameter according to the model of the test bench, adjust the left working clamping position of the test bench, place the test valve in the center of the sealing plate of the left clamping worktable, click the<Left Radial Advance>button, and move the pressure claw to the correct position on the back surface of the flange of the test valve. Press the<Left Axial Tighten>button<Refer to the hydraulic pressure comparison table of the clamping oil cylinder>in the hydraulic clamping system<Boost>; PN value, press the<Left Boost>button, adjust the<Boost Control Valve>, and adjust the<Left Boost Gauge>; The pressure of the valve and the pressure required for clamping the oil cylinder should be the same as the valve diameter, pressure, and PN value in the comparison table. After everything is correct, close<; Pressure relief switch for gas main switch and gas meter switch. Opening the<water main switch, left water inlet>can be used for the sealing test of the tested valve.


2、 Usage of water pressure and water pump

Adjust the water source electrical contact pressure gauge, turn on the water pump switch<low-pressure water pump>, first fill the internal water of the tested valve with water. The low-pressure water pressure gauge shows that the water is full within 0.5MPa, then turn off the water pump switch<low-pressure water pump>. Press<High pressure water pump on>to adjust the pressure regulating valve of the water supply pump,<Water supply pump, hydraulic system pressure reducing valve J-25B>. When the liquid pressure reaches the same level as the sealing pressure of the tested valve and the pressure gauge value of the electrical contact point, the high pressure water pump will automatically stop and close<; Main water switch>. After holding the pressure for a few minutes, the water pressure gauge did not decrease. After testing and sealing, open the<pressure relief switch>to release the pressure inside the tested valve. The<water pressure gauge>is zero, and the tested valve can be relaxed or strength testing can continue at the same time.


3、 Valve strength testing fixture for test subjects

After the valve sealing test is completed, continue with the strength test, with the left clamping unchanged. Adjust the clamping device of the right testing platform and press<; Moving the rack in>; Press the button, seal one end of the main disk of the mobile rack, and insert it into the other end of the tested valve flange to collide. Refer to the left direction program, press the right end tightly, and compare it with the pressure comparison table required for clamping the oil cylinder; Hydraulic clamping system pressure in<boost>; The PS value is the same, open<right inlet>and seal the tested valve. Refer to<=>water pressure and water pump usage methods to conduct valve strength testing.


4、 Test method for gas seal of tested valves

When conducting gas seal testing, only the left end can be used. Rotate the left working main disk 90 degrees upwards on the plane, connect the<Rotate Up>button, and follow the<1>step to complete the clamping of the passive valve. Close the main water switch, pressure relief switch, and right water inlet,. Turn on the C gas main switch and gas meter switch, immediately inject clean water into the other end of the tested valve, and observe the sealing performance and bubbles inside the tested valve. After the test is completed, close the<gas main switch>and open the<pressure relief switch>. After the pressure gauge reaches zero, remove the tested valve.
