Hydraulic Welding Valve Test Bench


Performance characteristics:

Suitable for pressure performance testing of small diameter valves such as DN15/100 flanged, welded, and internally and externally threaded forged steel valves.

The main structure of the testing machine is axial top compression.

Recycle the medium water (anti-corrosion water) for use, provided by the gas source user.

Equipped with high and low pressure water pumps, the pressure gauge of the testing machine shows a reading of MPa, with an accuracy of 1.5 levels.

The machine is equipped with air intake ports and 24V power supply plugs on both sides.


Instructions for use:

1. Before the clamping test of the test valve, adjust the hydraulic system oil pump pressure to 5 MPa, press the<radial backward>button of the clamping device, place the sealing disc used for testing in the center eye of the workbench, then place the test valve on top of the sealing disc, press the<radial forward>button, place the clamping claw close to the flange of the test valve, and then press the<axial clamping>button. According to the test pressure requirements of the test valve, refer to the "pressure comparison table for clamping oil cylinder" and press the<axial boosting>button to adjust the required clamping working pressure. All sealing performance tests can be carried out.


2. Testing of valves

1. When conducting liquid sealing tests:

First, adjust the pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge used for the pressure pump to the desired pressure test position, close the<air pressure switch>, then open the<water pressure valve switch>, and press the<water pump start>button to test the water sealing performance. After the test is completed, the<pressure relief valve switch>should be opened first to release pressure, and then the tested valve should be removed


3. When conducting gas seal testing:

Connect the air source to the air inlet, close the<water pressure valve switch>, open the<air pressure valve switch>, and adjust the pressure of the user's own air source to test the air sealing performance. After the test is completed, the<pressure relief valve switch>should be opened first to release the air pressure, and then the tested valve should be removed.


4. Test valve strength:

First, place the tested valve in the center of the sealing plate on the clamping workbench. Alternatively, clamp with jaws and place an additional sealing plate on the port of the tested valve. Press the<Top Pressure Compression>button to achieve top pressure on the sealing plate at the upper port. Then, according to the test pressure requirements of the tested valve, adjust the required working pressure (using the same steps and methods as 1 and 2) by pressing the<Top Pressure Boosting>button according to the "Pressure Comparison Table for Pressing the Hydraulic Cylinder" to test the strength performance test.
